I HAVE GIVEN MY MICROMAX MOBILE FOR SERVICE WHICH IS IN WARRANTY AT V CONNECT SOLUTIONS FOR DEAD AND HEATING PROBLEM ON 11/8 2011.TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEED BACK REGARDING THE SAME.I TRIED TO CONTACT V CONNECT SEVERAL TIMES , NO ONE IS LIFTING THE PHONE.JOB SHEET NO - S020087-0811-131906 DATED 11/08/2011I NEED THE IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK REGARDING THE SAME.[

i have windows xp sp2 in my pc. after installing micromax modem and after initialising for some time it is showing "no device". my usb port is alright and modem is also functional in other computers. pls give me a solution.

complaint for very slow speed with micromax data card

i am using micromax 352g data card but its speed is very low around 1-2kbps only. i had tried bsnl-G and aircel-G sim with it but still its quite low whereas in its description this modem support 7.2mbps please help me and sort out my problem as soon as possible....
