My name is Mazhar khan. My Photon plus Mob no.9226576555. I have taken tata docomo photon plus on 21 Dec 2012 from Sangli District Maharashtra form Nanwani Electronics. Verification has been done on 28 Dec 2012 and activation has been done, but there is a mistake done by your side. The MEID NO. A0000036B16C50 has been on my Photon Instrument but at the time of punching the MEID no. it has been punched wrong by your side i.e. MEID NO. A0000036B16C30.
Due to this mistake i am suffering to much. I am not able to connect my device to my computer. Please correct the punching MEID no. properly so that I can start my connection quickly. Every time I contact with customer care they reply to me we can’t help you. Contact to dealer, visit to service station. I have done all the things they said to me. What can I do now? Please help me. Please do my needful as early as possible. Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please Please.
