Balance Cut without any reason


Company/Brand: Tata - Docomo


I have selected internet plan Rs.15 200MB for 3 days at 22/06/2013 .I only used 176 MB still Balance of Rs.60(around) without any reason is cuted and remaiing unused data 24MB is not displayed while i dailed *111*1#
and in customer care 121 no one receive the call and while i message DATA at 121 the reply come to no data usage till the date .so please give detail about data usage and why my balance is cut .

why my balance is becoming nil whenever I am recharging from past 4 months I am observing the same kindly reply.
