Handset repair not on Time


Company/Brand: Sony Ericsson


Sir/Madam, I had purchased a sony ericsson handset model no. w-595 on 15 october 2009. The handset got some manufacturing defects so I gave handset for repairs at Rohan Tele Services" C-21 First Floor Near Bus Stand, Bhajanpura DELHI-110094 Service Centre. The service centre gives me workorder no. SE310TLK11332. They give the enquiry no. 011-39011111, I called several time but they never attend the call. When I visited there they told me that company doesn't have the stock of the mobile. When I call to company helpline (011-39011111) they reply me that the company will give me the solution within 48 hours. But now I have called to company, 19 or 20 times, I gave it on 22.08.2010 & told me to collect it on After one week but till now they don't have it repaired. Even i talked with Harish & Elema 01139011111 who look after East Delhi Service Zone, but answer go to consumer court we cannt do anything.. they don't give me proper solution. I am facing many problems due to no hand set. I am requesting you, please take action on the service centre and company who exploits the customers. Please help me, please take the matter seriously & Obliges.
