Company/Brand: tata docomo service provided


Sir from last few days i.e. after 14.05.2013, regarding my cell no 8699575858 under the tata docomo service provider, your customer care staff is behaving very rudely & unresponsively, as I called so many time to the customer care, not only they but your local officials are also calling me, but without solution of problem, I am suffering for that mistake, which was not done by be means, feed the wrong address in your database, its not my fault, because which document for ID & residence proof is submitted by me, it has right address & readable also, but they told again & again that its your mistake, you have to wait up to 22.05.13, another fact is, when docomo has disconnected my phone from 17.05.13, then it is not fair that they will charged full month's rent etc., but they inform about this, you have to apply for this waive also to our executive next time, we have no provision about automatically waive. So please provide me justice for sake of fair deal.
