My TataDoCo mobile number is 9043651194. On 10.03.2014 I had done net pack recharge Rs. 95 through tatadocomo.com site. Amount was debited in my bank account but recharge was not done. For this I have Called to the Customer care they are not responding and even i have called from non tatadoco sim you are charging for a call very nicely but without connecting to the agent. I want immediate solution for this. I am very much disappointed with your service. I want Rs. 95 to be back to my bank account.

I am staying in Madhapur, near hitech city ,Ayappa Society area,back side of Swathi high school.

I have Network problem since last seven to eight months and i complained lot of times but no proper response at all.

Recently i complained 2-3 days back but neither any acknowledgement message nor any response call.

Service is very very poor for Docomo.

Please act on this issue immediately and try to resolve the same ASAP.

I am not making use of the services
w.e.f. 01 03 13. I informed the fact earliser to local office. But to my surprise I received bill amount
for Rs1,057.00 as usual. Initially Ipaid an amunt of Rs2,500.00 on 7th August, 2010 while taking the connection. What I wish is that any amount of advance collected, to be adjusted in this final bill before making payment. Hence please let me know what the amount I have to pay now. Hi, I want porting cancelling to be done immediately no 9246394492 I placed a porting request on 26/02/1013 at TATA INDICOM OFFICE in nampally, Before submitting the documents I enquired executive about 666 recharge benefits can be used after porting from CDMA TO GSM, and they said yes bcoz both are Tata company networks and have same benefits. Then I submitted documents and PAID 100 RS for new sim, ON 28/02/1013 I WENT TO BIG C MOBILE SHOP IN AMMERPET TO BUY A NEW GSM PHONE. The shop keeper TOLD ME THAT THE BALANCE OR THE BENEFITS CAN'T BE CARRED IN NETWORK PORTING. Immediately I went to the closer out let in AMMERPET and enquired they said the same benefits can't be carry forward. THEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE CANCELLATION PROCESS OF PORTING THEY TOLD ME I WILL RECEIVE TWO CALLS ONE FROM THE BACK END OF TATA OFFICE AND SECOND FROM THE TRI ALSO, WITH WHICH I CAN PLACE A REUEST OF CANCELLATION, also on 02/03/2013 I ENQUIRED THE SAME IN TATA MAIN OFFICE IN SECUNDERABAD THEY TOLD ME SAME I WIL RECEIVE CALLS BEFORE PORTING CAN BE DONE. But I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY CALLS WERE I CAN PLACE A REQUEST FOR PORTING CANCELLATION, and 2day on 05/03/2013 the porting is done and I LOST MY 666 rs RECHARGE BENEFITS. Why should I, I went to three our lets for cancellation. KNOW I REQUEST COMPANY OR THE CONCERN AUTHORITY TO CANCEL MY PORTING REQUEST AND ACTIVATE MY OLD CDMA NETWORK WITH 666 recharge benefits, hope this will done ASAP. My temporary contact no 9949671993. this email is in regards to the unauthorised charges deduction which happend today for activating dating pack i.e. rs. 10. my mob num is 9290124590.

Please check my account that i have never asked or send any sms to activate this pack and unnecessarely you have deducted my account.

Ten rupees is nt a big amount but still without any information how can anybody deduct the account. i am a customer of you since 6 years n rcntly switched to gsm services. i have never faced any issues with your services ever since. but this time i am.

i have also called cust care and that representative had nt at all listen to my query and told to call back and simplly disconnected the call. i was been calling bt it connacts the contact center only one time in a day.

i humbly request you to reverse my money n deactivate the dating pack which i have never requested for...

Later,

on 16 june 2012, i called tata docomo costumer care and inquired about internet packs .they said please call on 5222291(toll free) and get the information .i called on it and i got a reply "press 3 for 48rs plan" i pressed 3 i got a answer "recharge with rs48 and get 750mb free for 30days" .then i recharged my number .i got a message REGHARGE SUCCESSFUL .VALADITY 15DAYS.. i called 121 again and told them about my problem .they said valadity is 21 DAYS .... thay are not providing proper service and because of them i am suffering the loss .please reply soon

TATA Docomo enabled an "call me" tunes by themself automatically through their backend without my permission. Then they charged me 120 Rupees. When i called the customer care on 11 May 2012 they admited that they enabled it through backed process. When they said if you press any button when recieving an advts sms and press certain number it automatically makes an acceptance of the service and charges me. This is not specified in the SMS nor the customer is aware of it. How SICK this is. Looting money from public.
Then they reimbursed me 30 Rupees immediatly. Saying the remaining amount would get credited back to me by 1pm the same day. unfortunatly it did not happen, again when i called up they said it will come 24 hours. nothing turned up in 24 hours. Again when i called the customer care they put me on HOLD for 30 minutes and post that they said they will reimburse my 90 rupess in 24 hours. it did not happen. Today its 14th May 2012. Still my money has not come. Now if i call the customer care they dont pickup the call. rejecting my call saying "connecting to the customer care.......all lines are busy" and disconnects. Whereas when i called from my other DOCOMO number the call goes through easily everytime. They BLOCKED my sim to not call the customer care.

I called customer care also and they told me to dial 155223 and deactivate the service. I did it bt te services on my no. Are nt getting deactivated. After that i called the custmr care also and they told u problem wl get solved in 48 hours It had been three days nw bt still m getting charged and also m not able to reach customer care from my no.. Today, date 28/4/2012,
I intentionally used only the WiFi for some browsing and downloading, and my money was deducted from my balance. I ported my number to docomo as many of my family & friends had suggested suggested to choose tata,for a few months I was feeling o:k with the change but today I was shocked when I checked my balance and then used the WiFi and again checked the balance, my balance went to zero from Rs 17/- when I asked the customer twice the could not give a proper answer. later in the evening I walked into the Tata Gallery at Bandra I was told that my money was deducted for Browsing.
You claim to be fair to your customers through T.V. adds and on the other hand something like this is happening is absurd. how would you feel when you face the same. Its not the money (Rs 17/)but the trust Tata has biult over the years.

Dear Sir, I am one of the oldest customer of Tata landline, mobile&internet services.I am statione at Kolkata. Because i will be away from Kolkata for monthstogether i had kept my landline on hold but i thought i will e using the Tata photone.But after staying at Delhi i could not realise that i wll not be able to use Tata Photone. So i wanted to put that also on hold but was told to make my ill payment. Since i was at delhi being a new place for me i could not locate tata shop . So When i contacted the OXYGEN out let which is nearby my house when i told them the mobile number they wanted the account number which i could not provide because i was not having the bill resulting in non payment.Subsequently another bill has also been generated. Since i had not used my internet even for a day from Feb 17th onwards i could not put on hold because i could not make payment due to reason stated above i request you to waive my bill for the month of April. It is not out of place to mention here that i was always making payment within due date. Please do not reply stating that it is post paid and whether i use it or not i should pay.Pl go through the past history and take into consideration of what i have stated above and take considerate lienient view. I have no idea what this is all about ..This is second such instance that i am getting a message from you guys...If you guys deduct any money from account for the services that i never activated..I will definetly take this up to the consumer court..The last time i got a message from you guys about a similar situation and had to speak to a abnormally rude agent by name dayanandh who finally had to refund the 30 rupees which was taken from my account...i am at no fault of mine...But you guys still put customers in to panic mode...Please deactivate all the services that i have never activated and dont send me any messages about the same...

i m having a number of tata docomo number. i recharged my number with 11 rupees which is a mgs pack on 31 march. since that day my sms getting charge by rupee 1 per sms through my main balance. i have complained 5 or 6 times on 121 customer care number and they only register my complain nothing else complaint no's GBL0925308300, GBL0925281936, GBL0925140417. i m still going through this problem. PLZ PLZ PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO U.

I am totally dissatified by ur service, on 6/4/2012. from my a/c Rs.30.00 was deducted, when I called, ur representative replied me that it is because u used internet at 3.00 o clock at night, I got so stupid answer, yet I did not use any internet, that day only I recharged with RS.135 INTERNET PACK and Rs.50 top up, next day again Rs.38 deducted, after calling, she said u have down loaded game. I dont what it is, without using any thing it has been deducted, the girl attended the call, disconnected in middle, no body is there to listen 2 u, just feeling helpless.

My Docomo number is 8123418813. The company has deducted Rs.120 for a caller tune service which I never opted. There is no complaint number to which I can call and complain. This has happened many times. This is very unethical and this amounts to cheating of the lowest order.

" 72 Hours - Do not use Tata Docomo Mobile Number , because we are looking into the matter"
"I cannot help beyond this but I also don't know who can help"
" 1 full circle - Go round the circle (customer service, dealer, Tata Docomo officials) (and Enjoy the fact that Earth is round).

This is exactly what happened:-

1 March 2012 - Decided to use MNP and move from Idea to Tata Docomo - Friends said customer service is good there!!!(Now I doubt that it was meant to be a prank)

7 March 2012 - Submitted all the required documents to the retailer.
15 March 2012 - The service got activated.. and started using it happily!!!

30 March 0700 - Financial Year End - I didnot recieve any call from the US (which I was expecting).

30th March 0800 - I checked my email and realised that I missed 4 calls from US!!

30th March 0830 - I called a friend and realised my outgoing has been barred.

Called customer service and was informed that both the incoming and outgoing has been barred as they didnot recv. the documents.

30th March 1000 - Called Nodal Officer. Few Qustions I raised:
1) Whose fault is this?
2) Why am I penalised for their faults? (I am including the retailer/ dealer as part of Tata Docomo?
3) 72 Hours - How can I wait without a phone connection that long.

I requested him to get my connection activated and I will re-submit my documents in the meantime.

30March 1100 - Called up the retailers whom I gave my documents. Retailer name is Avinash Phone No - 9270547783, Shop at Kalewadi Phata, Pimple Saudagar, Pune. He said he had sent the documents.

30th March 1330 - Gave a call to Nodal Office and what I rcv was one message " Pls re-submit your document"

30th March 1600 - Re-Submitted all the documents at Tata Docomo Office , PCMC, Pimpri.

30th March 1700 - Called Nodal Office and informed that I have submitted all my documents and requested to reactivate my commection. I was told the same thing - 72 hours!!! She will try to get it done ASAP - what does "as soon as possible" mean? No commitment

30th March 1800: On-line chat help.
Same Answer "72 hours" "Reach out to dealer for further infromation"

30th March 1830 : Writing this complaint - and waiting for that magic word 72 hours with a belief that "72 hours is hardly significant in Indian context"

If we want to connect Rs.15/- Internet pack through mobile the days of using internet will be 3 days and we have getting internet pack through Rs.15/- coupen the days of using will be 7 days. I actually switch from AIRTEL To ur N/W via MNP. Because i hoped, you delievering the good service.
I used the Internet Data pack activation. I browsed the Internet.
While browsing and just download some files from Well Known website ( for me) . You taken money 25 Rs.
First time, i comm with CC , we credit 25, they told becuase u used some TOM service.
second time, i didnot use internet. just open the facebook from software in my mobile. Suddenly my acc reduced by 25. Without any prior inf.
Third time also i loss my 25 Rs, This time i didnot download. Just checked mail.
I mentally upseted due to this. I cannot use my net connection properly. Some time they didnot taken, but some time take money without initmation.
CC service not properly answering. They told, you clicked chargeable content. But i aware of that. I didnot click anything. Because i went to that websites early with my AIRTEL conn. While using Ur network also, u taken money for some times. Not all times. I donot know why.

or else

I had activated an SMS package of Rs 27 which is valid for 45 days with 1ps/SMS. However, when I started using it, the first SMS was charged Rs 0.50. Assuming that the charges would be only for the start of the package, I contacted the customer care centre and was informed that the first SMS of the day would be charged Rs0.50 and the rest only 1 ps. During a validity period of 45 days, this would add upto Rs 22.50 and would make the SMS package cost 49.50, which is contradictory your claim of Rs 27/-. I would have expected this to happen with any other service excluding Tata and BSNL in whom I trust for transparency, unlike the above mentioned hidden costs.
I expect this complain to be addressed and either your ads start claiming the full charge of Rs 49.50 or the procedure of charging the first SMS with Rs 0.50 to be done away with. Last but not the least, I would appreciate feed back on the complaint.

Sub: Should not Amount deducted from talktime.

I am using Tata Docomo for 3 years & more than one year using internet continuously.
Since I lost somuch money (more than 500 Rs.) because of link navigation by accidently without my knowledge.
If I need any downloads, I will go by debit or credit card so want to disable of deducting the amount from talktime immediateley to avoid lose of further amount.

plz help me out i am fustrated from 2 weeks bcos i am not able get fluent connection to internet after vairous setting by tata docomo teqnical assistance my gprs balance is going in vaine ,yesterday i was going to recive a call from tata headquater but nothing happen ,and today also but i am wating from this morning , not able to call the teqnical department the second time too ,only one call in a day , what is this plz help out from this trouble, tata docomo.

while i'm reporting my complaint to the customer care service, he disconnected the call saying that he would check the info. my complaint is that i have been charged 40 rupees day before yesterday i.e, on 15-12-11. for some subscription which i haven't done. he said that he would refund in 3 hrs. but i waited fo 2 days. but couldn't get my balance back. so please consider my report ant refund my amount to my number +917842424644. thank you.

I got loaded a topup of Rs.55/- on 08/12/11 on mob no 9044308986. I got Rs.55/-.After 4Hrs Rs.54/- elapsed from it. I talked to customer care. They gave me 25/- back.I further talked to customer care. Miss Ayushi was ready to refund rs.5/-. I told her to lodge thecomplaint then she said that you better lodge complaint only than refund of Rs. 5/- or Rs.25/- will be done.Against which services Rs. 25/- has been deducted when i have not opted for any services. An early refund is solicited else i may opt to switch over to any other service prvider.

my docomo number is 9043871108.i did an online tracsaction to my number from tata docomo online recharge portal through deduction from my mobile balance on 25th november 2011.first time i gave code then it displayed that transaction was unsuccessful then i did once again and this time it was success.but they have deducted money two times for the same spcl recharge offer.how can they charge for the same offer twice. i want my money back.

I got plan ARP 999 activated on 24th Oct on my tataindicom postpaid phone. The details mentioned on cdma.tataindicom.com are:
call 1p/s local and std
on roaming: 1p/s and local roaming free.
However on my login at my account, the call rate mentioned is 50p/60 sec and onroaming std is 1.50/60 sec
Please get it rectified.
