I GOT MY SAMSUNG MOBILE M3510 REPAIRED ON 5/10/10 FROM SAMSUNG CARE K.K SERVICE GHAZIABAD. IT HAD SOME PROBLEM WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD AND I AGAIN SUBMITTED SET TO THEM ON 23/10/10. THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN MY MOBILE ON 25/10/10 BUT FROM THAT DAY THEY ARE GIVING FAKE RESPONSES REGARDING DELIEVERY OF MY SET.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET AND WHENEVER I USE TO CALL AT K.K. SERVICES THEY GIVE MY CALL ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 15 MINUTES AND DONT GIVE ANY RESPONSE. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVE WITH ME DURING CONVERSATION.



I WANT ALL MY CHARGES RETURN BACK TO ME INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION COST AND THE COST WHICH I HAVE DEPOSITED ON 05/10/10(Rs 1250)AS THEY REPLACED MY MOTHER BOARD WITH AN OLD ONE WITH THE PROOF THAT IT IS HAVING CERTAIN MASSAGES OF 3 MONTHS BEFORE 5/10/10 WHICH AGAIN WAS HAVING CERTAIN PROBLEMS DUE TO WHICH I SUBMITTED TO THEM ON 23/10/10.EITHER RETURN MY CHARGES OR RETURN MY SET IN THE PROPER WORKING CONDITION.

MY WORK ORDER NO. IS 1598 ON DATE 23/10/10 FROM K.K SERVICES, SAMSUNG CARE,102,HANS PLAZA,AMBEDKAR ROAD, GHAZIABAD,INDIA.
