New Broadband connection not setup

This is regarding my new connection request, CAF 4510814. Job ID 229683632. I was promised the connection would be setup by Monday EOD, there was no call or any communication.
Tuesday one of your field tech supervisor by name Prem (+91 8778 163 266) calls me and says the connection will set it up before 9PM and shares the contact for the installation person Kadhar (+91 7708 219 597), who gives his work to another installation person by name Kavi (+91 6830 610 582) who tells me the connection would setup before 9PM.
Around 8:50 PM another tech calls by name Veerapani Selva (+91 9940 000 454) calls me and says we will do it by Wednesday 9AM on priority.
I am trying to call all the people involved and non seems to take my calls nor respond. If Airtel cannot keep up to its commitments why do you even advertise your services. Now tell me, will I be getting the connection installed today or should I take look for local cable internet operators for my needs.
