Non availability of ( piston assy )spare parts last 20 days.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Hyundai i-10 1.2 magma in Jan. 2011 from your dealer M/s Nimbus Hyundai Noida.On date 16may-11, i had met with an accident at Karnal & there was
some components damage in my car.till date my car laying down at M/s Samta Hyundai Karnal.I am continuously follow
with your dealership team/dealer, but he has not give any positive response. Some times he says that, your car piston not available in India & it's comes from Germany.
i don't know the Hyundai India ltd had no part inventory
in India.
I hope that you will take up my genuine problem seriously and shall resolve my grievances at the earliest possible.
