poor service from Orion Motors Hyundai dealer (Hisar)

SO MUCH CHAOS CONFUSION AT HYUNDAI HISAR?



i m an i10 owner from hisar haryana. recently i met an accident and car got damaged. i contacted orion motors at hisar, so far the only hyundai dealer here. i went there on 23rd march at about 12.30 pm. the workshop manager said that it will take just an hour to survey the car. in between he gave me insurance and other forms to fill up. i did it within minutes. now lunch started. minutes passed and then hours. he took almost 2 hours to come back. then he took another 3 hours to make a primary estimate of loss. during this long wait 4-5 customers came and the work manager kept on quarelling with them. horrible! i found that the photo copier was not working at orions. i thought it better to get the photocopies of DL and registration myself. when i came back after half an hour my documents were not ready. i was free by 6pm. work manager said it will take 4-5 days. he also reported that due to holi vacations some staff has not come back.



5 DAYS VS 16 DAYS



next day by noon my car was at orions. i did not contact orions for 5 days. on 30th march i was told that it will take another 2 days. on 1st april they said the car is ready but back glass need some time to dry-up so take the delivery tomorrow. on 2nd april the 10th day when we went to orions the car was not ready. some parts were yet to be fixed.



instead some waisting my time there i had no option but to contact orions GM at delhi - mr oberoi. i called him on his mobile but futile. i left an sms. no reply. somehow i managed their janakpuri office no. mr oberoi was on line. i made everything clear and just wanted to to be informed how many more days it will take. take as many days as you want but inform me so that i do not contact you till then.



i got three calls from orion hisar and they narrated three different stories.



i sent another sms to mr oberoi. i got a call. he said car will be ready by friday 8th april. soon after i got another sms that car is ready and take delivery by 6pm. again i sent it to mr oberoi enquiring what is the reality? then they emailed me that car is not ready. it will be delivered by friday.





IS THIS CUSTOMER CARE?



MY SUBMISSION IS _ IF ORIONS WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER CAR WITHIN STATED PERIOD OF 4-5 DAYS, THEY SHOULD HAD INFORMED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE A FEW MORE DAYS.



THIS IS A LONG STORY WITH MANY DIMENSIONS OF MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER.



LETS PRAY FOR HYUNDAI. YOU MAY BECOME THE LARGEST CAR MANUFACTURER BUT THIS WAY YOU MAY NOT BECOME THE MOST ADMIRED CO.
