Replace my refrigerator

Good Day Sir / Madam,

I am a best customer of the M/s. Samsung.

I was brought one Samsung refrigerator at M/s. VASANTH & Co, T Nagar, Chennai on dated 06.04.2011. Bill No. 19506.
Model No. RA20HCRR1/CTL
Serial No. Ro4o4da13303925K
The refrigerator was not worked from 28.04.2011. The new refrigerator was worked only 21 days and complained to customer care center on 29.04.2011 and complained resisted no. 8431482522. And so many times call to customer care and service center M/s. Meenakshi Electronics, Thiruvallore.

Service engineers are visit at home in three times and estimate the cost approxmate Rs. 2500.

Quote send to me on 21.05.2011.
I agree the quote on 22.05.2011.
Damaged items in refrigerator are changed with new freezer box, cover, door and gas filling on 31.05.2011 with paid by cash receipt No. 7534 date: 31.05.2011. Rs. 1736.00

The new items are also fixed with (already) damaged condition.

Next day I am complaint to M/s. Meenakshi Electronics, Thiruvallore.

The Service persons told 'I will replace my damage items'.
But till the date is not possible that work.

Please view the photos after replaced the new items in refrigerator.

Please take the my refrigerator and give the new refrigerator.
