sim card problem

Display error massage "sim card registration fail" while mobile running last two days I am calling to customer care service....no any one call answer from their....and speaking on mobile "our all officers are busy for our another customers callls......I said the tatadocomo....we are not your customer. ....?....pls...give me urgent reply....otherwise I will change the card and compny....my mo.no.8866742130
