But the speed is very low like in 2g sim 5 to 10 kbps.
i get full network on in broadband setting and hybrid also in 1x.
but the speed is very low even in broadband with FULL network.
i called costumer care but they say "phone switched off".
loosing hope....my money gone waste..

I have a plan of Rs.798 for 30 days.. I was promised by your company to give speed of 3.1 mbps!! Let me make it clear here that I never ever got speed of even 1 mbps!! the usb data cable always shows the red light and the speed of the net reduces to 0 kbps. This happens everytime and its causing lots of trouble and there is no use paying 999 if i cant even have fast internet even normally i get speed within 100kbps

I had this shitty wireless mblaze connection. I never got speed greater than 256kbps and having 5kbps download speed and almost 1 kbps upload speed is very normal. I used to laugh when I see ads for net connections upto 21MBPS speed. These providers are making fools out of by selling crap. What a shame on the country. How long should we live with these crappy internet connections? When do we get a true broadband connections?
For those of you who never went to US or Europe will never know how fast true broadband will be.

There are three types of network in MTS.

1)Broadband

2)1x

3)Hybrid

if i select broadband it'l show the computer dint respond and if i select hybrid i get only 10 to 15 kbps doenload speed. plz help to solve this

why company is giving the add for full broadband speed where it is giving spee of 4% of 3 mbs the company can be come in the list of fake adding company other wise it has to do something to increse its broadband speed

I got MBlaze on 2nd May 2011 and got it recharged with 99 to get unlimited access which worked fast only for 1st 13 days and then slowed down, the call center guy said that i had used the max limit of 12gb, i recharged it again on 1st june and still works damn slow and the light on the stick always blinks RED, what is it?

my mblaze show red light instead green also signal strenght is very low . it used to run better previously but this month its not working good its seem like i have an 100 kbps modem .

I had brought MTS on 08.04.11.They had given me offer that first month will be free & the browsing is very fast.

But MTS had activated only on 12.04.11. As I call customer care they said document till not submitted. But I had already given my documents on 08.4.11.

The MTS give me offer that first month will be free. But after activation they said that you will don't get free for first month.

My MTS browsing is very slow that anything can't open. While I search for anything it takes too much time and last it closes showing error report.

MTS is very very fraud & cheat.

I had only a request to all that never buy MTS, if you don't wants to be cheated.

Hey friends i bought a MTS Mblaze 3 months before in reebok offer.But sill now i didn't get those reebok shoes.Those mother fu**rs not providing any support . What to do yar !!Also this fuc*ing MTS not giving full speed ,though i am using 999 plan,it is very slow . Help me to SUE those bastards .

1)Broadband

2)1x

3)Hybrid

if i select broadband it'l show the computer dint respond and if i select hybrid i get only 156kbps . plz help i'm stuck wid dis mts

Please change your connection type to Broadband, if you selected Hybrid in your settings. If hybrid is there then change it to Broadband.
