My name is Praveen, am writing this letter/complaint on behalf of my granny(D.Vijayamma) who is a faithful customer of Vijaya bank for more than 40 years. Her account nos. are: 1) 301801010050002 AVADI,CHENNAI 600054 (PENSION ACCOUNT) 2) 204101010007676 MAIN BRANCH,TRIVANDRUM 695001 SHE IS BED RIDDEN FOR 6-8MONTHS AND IS AT PRESENT AT TRIVANDRUM. APPROACHED MAIN BRANCH,TRIVANDRUM 695001 BUT THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON EXCUSES/HOW TO GIVE HER THE PENSION AMOUNT WHICH IS DUE FROM 6-8MONTHS NOW. THE BANK FULLY THUS LIMITING THE HELP TO A SENIOR CITIZEN(80yrs), A WIDOW, AN ARMY PENSION HOLDER & AN OLD/SICK/INCAPACITATED VIJAYA BANK CUSTOMER. REPEATED APPROACHES TO THE BANK HAS NOT GIVEN ANY RESULTS SO FAR INSTEAD CONTINUING TO PLAY CAT-MOUSE AT WHICH THEY ARE AN EXPERT!!!
